How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Resourcesfound Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Resourcesfound Windows & Siding
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We would still like to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Resourcesfound Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Us Your Complaint
Email contact@resourcesfound.skin and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor matters, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
